Laura of Pembroke and Gervasi Vineyard wrapped up a really exciting project at the end of 2018.... The Still House! If you live in the Canton or even North East Ohio area, you are most likely familiar with the beautiful vineyards, winery, restaurants, and villas on Gervasi's growing property. Laura of Pembroke has been so fortunate to be involved at some capacity on all of these amazing projects. If you haven’t visited Gervasi Vineyard yet, you can easily make a full day trip, overnight, or long weekend away with all of the activities and beautiful surroundings there. It is truly more than a winery - it's a whole experience - and we are so lucky to have it here in our hometown!
The Still House is a 10,000 sq foot stand-alone building set next to the beautiful vineyards just past the Bistro. It includes a distillery, feature craft cocktails, cigar lounge, and coffee house. The inspiration that the Swaldo’s used for the building was a mission-styled church, which was used to create renderings and the final plans.

For most of 2017, Laura met with Ted, Linda, Scott, Jeff, and Christi designing and picking out all of the lighting, furnishings, and accessories that you see at The Still House today!

You might recognize the industrial shelving units in The Still House, which are one of our favorites, because of their unique design elements and ability to customize for different projects. We've used these in residential projects, commercial, and in our own store to display a variety of things. At The Still House, the shelves feature different wine, apparel, and coffee, amongst other things available to purchase.

We chose a unique metallic bubbled leather for the seating in the center part of The Still House. There are many cozy seating options for intimate gatherings as well as a bar, high tops, booths, and outdoor seating.

We went back to enjoy the finished product on Sunday morning, relaxed in a cozy booth, and sipped on some seriously good espresso drinks!

Thank you, to our wonderful friends at Gervasi, for being such amazing clients and friends. Although we aren't quite done yet... The Casa at Gervasi Vineyard, a 24 room boutique hotel tucked back behind the vineyards at Gervasi, will be opening Spring 2019, stay tuned! In the meantime, make sure to head over to Gervasi to enjoy coffee, cocktails, or both! It's open daily at 7 a.m.!
